Not so petite in reality, our beautifully renovated Gite has 3 bedrooms which we can set up as doubles or twins as you prefer, sleeping six people. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor. We can also provide foldable beds for a further two people if you would like to house 8 for a short stay.

The house also has two bathrooms (two showers, one bath), a large kitchen, a large dining room and a huge lounge with wood burning stove. There is outdoor space in front of the house (where you can also park a couple of cars) and a small terrace at the back of the house, off the kitchen.

25mn from Parthenay and Thouars and only 5 minutes away from the charming town of Airvault, enjoy a summer stay in our ancient cottage with restored bread oven, in the same grounds as our B&B and large gite 'La Petite Jariette'. Ideal for hikers and cyclists.

South facing, with a view onto the swimming pool, the gite is composed, on the ground floor, of a main living room of 32m² fitted out in the bread oven part. A staircase leads upstairs to the bedroom with one double bed (160X200) and two single beds (90X190), with an ensuite shower room. The kitchen (6m²)  is accessible from the outside. There is a dining table in the main living area and a picnic table outside the front door for al fresco dinging.

There are numerous hiking and biking trails in the area (Vélo Francette circuit from Normandy to the Atlantic, Thouet Valley by bike). The Thouet for fishing is 2km, Lake Cébron is 7km (Site "Protected Nature Space"). At the gates of Anjou, 1h from Saumur,  Futuroscope,  Marais Poitevin and  Puy du Fou. This is also the ideal base to visit the castles and vineyards along the river Loire. 

Whilst staying with us you can enjoy the shared swimming pool (4mX12m, depth from 1,20m to 1,60m). We also have a sauna and Jacuzzi, accessible on request and payment of a small supplement. There is a large gym room in the old barn with a football table, a table tennis table, a cross trainer, a rowing machine, a treadmill and an exercise bike.
